The TD Summer Reading Club is a fun (and free!) program for kids held by participating Canadian public libraries.
And what a program it was! Canadian kids just like you submitted almost 3,000 story endings, over 16,000 book reviews and nearly 11,000 jokes! The 2017 program has ended, and although submissions are now closed, you can still have fun reading what other kids have sent in. You’ll only be able to log in to your notebook until October 31, so make sure you take one last look at all your reading and writing achievements before then! Way to go! See you again in 2018!

They saved the dragon

Don’t go on train tracks. They want to get her off so she is safe.

The train crashes into her but she forms into something and then turns back into a dragon.
The train drops off all of its passengers and transforms into a dragon to meet Zhu.

Hailey and Kyle signaled the train and it stopped. They pulled the dragon to safety. The train kept going after the dragon was in safety.

Kyle will grab some lemon gummy worms and call to Zhu and she fly for them

Kyle will get all the lemon candy and yell to Zhu to come get off the tracks and Zhu will just miss the end of the train
they hear another train and save the dragon
The kids yelled, “Fly” as they threw the bag of candy up as high as they could to catch the dragon’s attention.
