I loved this book! I feel really thankful for everything I have after I read this book. Look how thankful we are…..we have clothing, food, shelter, and everything else we need to survive. Some slaves and peasants long ago were treated like very poorly and had to eat leftovers from their owners even though they did nothing wrong. So I want all of you to understand that we should be thankful for what we get.I also really liked the artwork! It was the first time I saw it in a book. It’s so cool how we can use stones and clay to make artwork. I want to learn someday. I really enjoyed reading this book. Hope you did too.
