The TD Summer Reading Club is a fun (and free!) program for kids held by participating Canadian public libraries.
And what a program it was! Canadian kids just like you submitted almost 3,000 story endings, over 16,000 book reviews and nearly 11,000 jokes! The 2017 program has ended, and although submissions are now closed, you can still have fun reading what other kids have sent in. You’ll only be able to log in to your notebook until October 31, so make sure you take one last look at all your reading and writing achievements before then! Way to go! See you again in 2018!
Reading fun for kids from Canada’s public libraries
its very sad. But some people gotta do what they gotta do.
It’s sad to hear that children were forced to be in army.
i love this book. i started crying.when reading this
its the best!!!!
ITS a good book i may only read half but i love it to me its to aware and to do what your meant to do
It’s a great book that teaches you to be aware of things happening in the world, such as children being forced to be soldiers.
This book is very emotional and inspirational. it is really sad hearing boys are going through this and it’s not right.
This is a great book if you want a true and touching story.
It’s so sad and inspirational. To think of what that little boy had to go through is just heartbreaking. I hate that someone had to go through that pain. The author did a good job of helping you understand what was happening and actually know what was going through each character’s mind.
So heart touching, but teaches valuable lessons:(:(:(
