A young boy named Moar loves autumn and winter activities, but the days are short in Nunavut and he always tries to rush home before the moon rises in the sky. Moar imagines a face on the moon; it feels eerie, and he shares this fear with his mother, who comforts him. Maybe the face is just a shadow, decides Moar, but he’s happy to be safe at home regardless.
