The Pet-Sitters Club
Amaya was a member of The Pet-Sitters Club and she was excited for her first job. She would be looking after a goldfish named Finn.
Fifteen minutes into the job, Finn jumped out of his goldfish bowl! Amaya rushed to put him back in, but he was too big! She moved him into a bigger bowl and then he jumped out of that one too.
Every time she picked him up, he grew bigger and got heavier. She kept moving him into bigger bowls of water and he was jumping out every fifteen minutes. She was running out of bowls!
She called Pascal, another member of The Pet-Sitters Club, and told him about Finn.
Ten minutes later, Pascal arrived. Amaya opened the front door and showed him how big Finn had gotten.
“Amaya, that is not a regular goldfish… I have never seen one like that before. That is no ordinary fish,” Pascal said, as Finn jumped again.
“Finn’s owners did tell me they found him on their lawn,” Amaya explained while she moved Finn to the biggest bowl.
“Well, before I came over I looked through this book on pet fish and seeing Finn now, there weren’t any that looked like him. I’ve never heard of a fish getting bigger every time it jumps.”
“We have fifteen minutes before he jumps again, what should we do?”
“I have an idea,” Pascal said, “why don’t we…
Story Endings
Put Finn in my fish tank because it is really big so he can swim around more. It has more room than a bowl can provide.” They waited the last few minutes before he tried to jump out again. When he tried to jump he could not because they had already put his filter on which covered the length of the top. The end
fill up the kiddie pool that I have and the once it’s in, train it not jump anymore! It will still be big, but it will be comfortable. Amaya agreed to this and they put him there together and finally taught him not to jump. When Finn’s owners came back, they were amazed by how big their fish had grown and surprisingly, couldn’t be more happier! Finn still jumps sometimes, but is still as happy as a fish could be!

…grant a wish!” “how are we going to do that without a genie or a magic star?” Amaya said. Pascal answered “I will call a Genie” and Pascal took something out of his pocket that looked like a long cat’s tooth. Pascal put his mouth on it and blew it like a whistle. Suddenly fireworks erupted in the air and a tie-dye ballerina show appeared. Inside the show was a ballerina kitty! the kitty said “Mew! I can grant you 45 CUTE wishes. What is your first cute wish?” “Ummm.. our first cute wish…” Said Amaya. “How do we make our first wish be cute and helpful?” Pascal thought for a moment then said, “Well, let’s try this: Can you help our fish be a lot smaller? and my second wish is for you to be my pet!” and then the cat said “Oh! that sounds perfect! Next wish!” The fish got TOO small. Like as small a nose stud. and the cat was a pet and had its own tiny ballerina shoes. They wished for the fish to be it regular size. and it was. and everything was back to normal.
put it in the backyard pool, that way he can get bigger and bigger without us moving him! Great idea! Amaya said. Let’s start! So they moved him into the backyard pool. Soon, they feed him. The owners came home to see their big pet fish! He looked big but the owners looked him all their heart!
She agreed that she could give away her goldfish because it was useless anyway. The two came back, forgot about everything and laid back after their day. “Phew, I thought we were forever DOOMED!!” Amaya finally said. But they also never knew what would happen next… a new adventure had begun. New secrets will be discovered…a novel will commence. (now you finish the ending!)

But Amaya just cried, “but then what about Ms.Warinder? Amaya was worried about her buisness..”Dude, we can just get another ordinary goldfish” Pascal remarked. “That would work?” Amaya said shocked. “Yes, yes they are all goldfish right? They would surely look the same”. “Ok sure, fine let’s go with you” Amaya finally agreed. But that was before they dumped the “goldfish” inside the lake. “Now how are we going to do this?” Amaya said. “This is going to work out just fine” Pascal said again. But truthfully, he didn’t know what will happen.” “No it won’t!!! I just checked online and it said that the pet store is closed for today!!” Amaya cried. “I shouldn’t have let you take over.” “But then suddenly they remembered that their friend had a goldfish so they all went over to his house.

Amaya was curious so she nodded and said, “ok ok just tell me, i don’t know what else we can do to solve this problem. Whatever works is fine. Just make sure I don’t get in trouble.” Pascal whispered something into Amaya’s ear as Amaya nodded in response. “Ok, at least it has a chance to work out, as we can’t do anything else to this “goldfish”.” Amaya said as she eyed the “goldfish”. The goldfish has already burst out of it’s bowl so there was no other option. The two carried the huge “goldfish” to a nearby lake that would lead to the ocean. And they both dumped the huge “goldfish” inside. “Oof,” Pascal said, “that was HEAVY” “I can say that again” said Amaya said as she rolled her eyes. Pascal frowned, “hey wasn’t that problem solved?” He remembered what he had told Amaya, “why don’t we just dump him in an lake that leads to the ocean? That why we won’t have to deal with him again…”

“I have an idea, why don’t we…oh! yes i got it…” Pascal said. “What?” asked Amaya. But Pascal didn’t respond. “I said what!!?” Amaya asked again. “You’ll see…” Pascal muttered. But Amaya didn’t want to take that as an answer. “We don’t have time! Just tell me what, Ms. Warinder is going to come back any second!!! I want this pet-sitters club to work!” Amaya whispered-yelled at Pascal. “Oh uh why don’t we just um… dump him in the ocean?” Pascal wondered. “Noo!! Then how are we going to explain to his owner, huh?? Tell me a reason, I don’t want Ms.Warinder to blame me!!” Amaya cried. “Well we don’t have a choice do we? I mean you’re the whole reason I was shoved into this situation,” Pascal said as he looked Amaya in the eye. “fine I know what we can say,”

threw him back in the tank and he shrunk. he kept shrinking every time they threw him. eventually he was small again and was too tired to get out.
Get a fish expert so we can safely get this fish back to where ever it came from! But we should probably tell Finn’s owners before we put him back in the ocean. The End
try to go find an expert on fish. He/ She might be able to help us. They find helper but it will take effort to help them. The fish is normal sized again and everything is normal for now…
take him to the fish doctor to see why he grows every time he jumps. And ask the doctor if they could fix him
Ask the owner why he is growing bigger after 15 minutes every time. So the owner told them that he has never heard of those kind of fishes. He had never discovered this kind of fish. “How much food do you feed your fish?” Asked the owner. “I feed him a lot like 10 times a day, it’s just I don’t know how to take care of a fish! How many times should I feed the fish?” Amaya asked. “Well, ten times a day is too much, you should feed your fish 3 times a day.” The owner answered. “So that’s why your fish is jumping out and growing bigger!” Pascal said.
