Snail Mail
Naoki’s dad came into the living room and handed him an envelope. “You have snail mail, Naoki.”
Naoki was 10 years old. He had never received a letter in the regular mail—“snail mail”—as his dad referred to it. Naoki already had an email account and a smartphone so his friends would just text him when they wanted to get in touch.
Naoki examined the small yellow envelope. The envelope had his first name, last name, and full address written entirely in neat capital letters. The envelope felt light in his hands.
Naoki opened the envelope and pulled out a letter. As he read it, he knew his life would be changed forever. It said,
“Dear Naoki…”

As you read this note, delivered by Snail Mail,for Whale Mail is much harder to send, ( beluga are awfully bad at english and blue whale are much to big and it is difficult for them to carry small envelopes…) well, back to the point, as you slowly rip the top off the envelope, delighted and surprised of receiving Snail Mail, you have absolutely no idea of how super important this long, temptation building, and perhaps slightly boring message actually is. your life will never be the same. this is a new era. a new, bewildering time. but you are simply gazing at these letters in wonder and curiosity, asking yourself what this letter may be about. but you musn’t ask much longer. for the time has come. the time has come to bestow upon you mystical, magical, mysterious, and other words that start with M, secret…

A couple days passed, & then Naioki’s parents left for the hospital, & Gramma came to watch Naioki. Gramma told Naiki stories, & played Stick-bots with him. A couple days later, Gramma & Naioki set off for the hospital to check on the baby. When they got there, They were both introduced to a cute little baby named ‘Brielle’. When Naioki,Mommy,Daddy,Brielle, & Gramma arrived home, Naioki wanted to hold Brielle. When Mommy handed Brielle over to Naioki, Brielle snuggled into Naioki.
