The Haunted House
Chris and Omar were playing basketball at the playground one Saturday afternoon. Chris was winning by a score of 9 to 2—with just one more basket to win.
Chris had the ball and decided to show off a bit. He dribbled, crossing the ball over from his left hand to his right. Omar defended, trying to keep himself between Chris and the basket. Chris brought the ball above his head and tried a hook shot—a ridiculous attempt considering he was about 20 feet from the basket!
The ball soared completely over the backboard, took one big bounce, and landed on the other side of a ragged, wooden fence.
“My bad!” Chris laughed.
“Game’s over now,” Omar replied.
“Why’s that? I’ll just open the gate and get the ball,” Chris said, and began walking over toward the fence.
“You don’t want to do that,” Omar said anxiously. “That’s old man Sullivan’s yard. They say his house is haunted.”
“That’s nonsense,” Chris laughed, and he continued walking toward the fence. “I’ll be right back with the ball.”
Chris approached the fence and opened the creaky gate to the backyard.

After Chris went in the backyard and then when he was about to touch the ball someone apeard before him Chris thought that it was a ghost and he ran back to Omar and said that there was a ghost .Then both of them ran back home to tell thier parents. The End😓😭😰🏡
Chris tryed getting the ball but the ball kept flying away.A paper fell on Chris’s head.He read out loud.” To get the ball you have to admit that old man sullivan is the best.”Chris said”ok,old man sullivan is the best.”The ball fell on Chris’s head.Chris asked “who are you.” “I will never tell you!”THe cap flew away.It flew in side the house.Chris jumped and graped the cape.Chris removed the cape.Chris gasped[hh] because it was old man Sullivan.He said”Go or you will be doomed.Chris ran fast flying jet to Omars home.Chris was breathing heavy and said “I am never going back there.Omar laughed like a clown.

then he heard a very faint noise that said “go away” but he did not go away he cept moving untill he got to the ball that he heard a “clack” of the fence then a mist rose from the ground he dashed and jumped over the fence to see his friends again. I am never going back there again.
The door created open, chis looked around he saw his ball rolling closer and closer to old man Sullivan’s backdoor, chis ran to get the ball he picked it up and turned around to go back when he found a hand on his shoulder, it was old man Sullivan “hello” old man Sullivan said “go, go now” chis raced back to omars home breathing heavy omar said” told you so”

The wind blew through his hair as he looked around the yard. He saw his ball and quickly walked to it. He tried to be as quiet as possible but all of the dead leaves scattered around the yard kept crunching, giving away his presence.
Chris became more tense by the second. When he got close enough to the ball he bent down the ball wasn’t there. There was a skeleton, and right in front of him, there was a wispy blue man with a solemn expression on his old and wrinkled face.
“Is this you?” Chris asked. The man nodded. In the background, Chris could hear Omar’s silent but noticeable screams. Chris turned back to the man and said, “It doesn’t look like you had a proper funeral. You deserve one like anyone else in the world.”
Chris gathered two large sticks and a vine and he tied the sticks together so that they looked like a cross. Then he found a shovel and he buried the remains of the man. He observed a moment of silence and the man disappeared. Chris smiled and left.
When chris went inthe house,the door slapped shut but he dident notice he was to busy looking for the ball then a evil sprit rose from the ground and cursed chris because he entered the house of doom,so now days every saturday afternoon the cursed evil ghost spirit of chris haunts the house and if any one enters chris will locked you in and take your body annd you will be stuck there forever unless someone comes in the house like chris did and like you did!!!
But there wasn’t just the ball there, there were two yellow eyes staring at him! he blinked and the creature pounced on him and began to rip him apart limb from limb. Suddenly, he found himself waking up in the middle of the night sweating and screaming. His mom came in and said “Are you OK?” He said he was fine, but deep down he will never forget that dream.
Then he saw a mysterious inside the house then 6 more followed.He rushed then “bing” who is it i’m telling a story here.Oh sorry just here to drop off your food. Nevermind that let”s continue where was I oh yeah then he told his brother what happend “it’s probaly a book club” Omar said so they went back home on the next day they disappeared and no one has seen them ever since.
Ghosts, zombies, monsters and skeletons were standing on the door and Chris get scared he ran to Omar and and tell her everything that happened.
But the ball wasn’t there so Chris walked into the backyard looking every which way for the ball, it just wasn’t there.
So he turned around to go back and the door slammed behind him.
“I’m sorry, whoever you are just let me go!” Chris screamed.
Omar got the gate open, “cmon lets go the ball bounced back into my yard.
“Umm… okay.” said Chris
And then Chris woke up to find out it was all a dream.
An old man screaming: Beware Homework leaks around the corner! The end of summer is almost to an end!!! No more fun for eternity the old man cackled! Chris ran out as fast as he can and never returned to get the ball.
this looks like a mansion but why our they so many stray cats here said Chris ? maybe they are all ghosts said Omar no they are just cat said chris stop being a scary cat chris just them one of the cats turned so big and before they could run away the cat said dont go come and take your ball and come in the house and have some tea with me ! RUN RUN RUN said omar i told you he shouted no lets go tea . what happens if he put Poussin in the tea and cookies nooooooo lets go i said you can go not me said omar fine when he went inside there were a trillion cats inside the house and he spent houres inside the house having fun when he came out his parents were standing outside ohoh ahhhhhhh he said them his parents game he a big hug the End .
Then he felt something rubbing up against his leg. It was just a cat.
Chris looked down and saw; hula-hoops, basket balls, soccer balls and more. Then on the far end of the yard
he saw his basket ball. “Tap-Tap” Omar was tapping on his arm. “Did you find the ball?” Omar asked. “Ya” replied Chris”But its way over there.” Gingerly Chris took a step forward…… and stepped in puddle of molasses”Yuck” Chris said. After five more puddles of molasseses he finally got to his ball.
“OOOOOOOAAAAAOOAAYII” “Was that you Omar?” asked Chris. “No” Omar replied.
“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHAAH!” both boys ran away screaming.

Chris walked in the house as the floor boards creeped and Omar ran as fast as he could away from that creepy house. Chris looked back by knew it was too late to go back now! He saw pictures of old man Sullivan and a girl who looked like his granddaughter but she was far too pretty! Then a ghost flew right through him. He screamed a awkward high pitched scream. “I think I did something in my pants!” Said Chris and he fainted. The ghost was the girl! she giggled and left without a trace.
Chris saw a house near the fence so he went and he saw a man.He was sitting on a chair and rocking it. It looked like a rocking chair then he saw Chris and the man gave him a beady, red look. his eyes were red so Chris yelled “AHHHHHH,A GHOST!A GHOST!” Omar went to him and said “are you okay Chris? I told you not to go but you did not listen.” So then Omar decided to blab about not going to the man’s house and blah-blah-blah but Chris however decided to ignore him so the next day, he went without Omar so he saw the man’s door open…Chris took a peek and went inside. he looked around then suddenly the man who lived in the haunted house was behind Chris and had scare Chris.”WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!”the man asks but Chris did not know what to say then the man trapped Chris in the basement forever. Omar was worried about Chris but nobody knows where he went. The man trapped Chris in there forever. The end!
Chris found a haunted house and omar bring a flashlight.later ghosts araived! i will call the ghost busters wait no phone! chris said. they sceamed so loooooouuuuuuuud but nobody heard them. and then ghosts were gone. they found a vamparie. chris use a very big bright torch and the vamparie disipear i found a phone omar said. in 9:54 o clock they found a gorila with a bear claw and mouth and gorila body! I dont know the ghostbusters phone number! omar said. Give me the phone chris said. Chris use the phone number and press 375901 ghostbusters. when the ghost busters came they used the ghost vacume. 4:26 o clock chris and omar said thank you ghostbusters. then the haunted house was removed and turn into a nice meduim house. by superbook
omar ran . chris ran after omar.omar walkd thro the gate.omar said that was not scary.
then after a few minutes Omar got thirsty.So he decided to drink apple juice when Chris wanted some Omar stared poring the drink into his cup then Chris cup. When Omar poured apple juice it spilled on Chis favorite shirt.Chis got mad and Omar ran away and they had a fight . A few hours ago Omar poured nicely apple juice in Chis cup and chis got happy and ever after
