Kids and Parent/Caregiver surveys are now available

Our Kids survey and Parent/Caregiver survey are now on the TD Summer Reading Club website—please see the top navigation panel. The surveys are an important tool to help us evaluate and improve the program. The surveys will be available from August 6 to September 20, 2019.

Please encourage parents, caregivers, and kids to visit our website and complete the survey. Collecting data from as many respondents as possible will allow us to make more informed decisions about the Club.

You can announce the survey with a sign in your library, on social media, and by mentioning it at your library programs and events.

You may download and print the Kids survey and Parent/Caregiver survey and allow participants to fill them out by hand and return them to you. Important: staff will have to manually enter the data from each hand-filled survey onto our website by September 20, 2019. To do so, visit the website and click on the appropriate survey link as if you were a participant. Repeat this step for as many hand-filled surveys as you have.

The information we gather from the surveys will be analyzed and then summarized in a report that will be shared with library members in a blog post in the fall.
