Web Access Stickers with Unusable 4-digit Codes

Due to a printer error, 6% of the web access code stickers were printed with an unusable 4-digit code instead of the required 5 digits. When the 4-digit codes are entered at login, participants receive an error message.

Please do not continue to distribute web access stickers with the 4-digit codes.

Participants who have already received a 4-digit code can easily generate a usable code by clicking on the “No web access code?” link on the login page.
